Birth Support

make your own informed decisions

Are you thinking about an unmedicated birth? Have you decided to get an epidural and want someone to help you and your family during your birth at the hospital? Are you having a scheduled C-section and need the support of a calming and loving person? Do you need some reassurance during the first minutes of breastfeeding your baby? Are you having a water-birth at home?

I honor every choice you make. I am committed to providing you with accurate and unbiased information, evidence-based and up to date, so you are fully educated and informed about the decisions you take. Your very own preferences. I will care for you and your partner, if there is one, and I will provide you the support that works best for you in a compassionate and nonjudgmental way. I have no agenda for your birth and I would like you and your partner to feel confident and respected. Giving birth is transformative and you deserve the best care available.
